Name: Snakefrost
Age: 25 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: ShadowClan
Rank: Warrior
Personality: Snakefrost is a calm cat, willing to take the blows as they come. Unlike most ShadowClan cats, who have an obvious sense of pride and easily take offense, he doesn’t mind verbal warfare. In fact, he often finds it amusing, because he can often outwit whoever insulted him first. He’s a very easygoing cat, and is impossible to rush. He can be a bit lazy, which annoys his Clanmates, but he always gets stuff done, even if it’s a second from being due. He’s “slick as a snake” as Twolegs would say, and can get away with nearly anything. Not that he’s done much, of course, but his Clanmates know it’s better not to argue with him.
Snakefrost is not easily intimidated, and will stand up to a Leader, whether it be Ravenstar or another Clan leader, without ruffling one hair on his pelt. He has a sense of humor, which is refreshing in the easily riled ShadowClan camp. Snakefrost is well known for both his nonchalant nature and sense of humor, and he finds it easy to make friends (as well as secretly impress the other Clans.) Snakefrost even heard that once a ThunderClan cat had said he was “okay for a ShadowClan cat.”
Description: Snakefrost is a dark gray tom whose fur fades into a lighter gray at his shoulders, haunches, and belly, before becoming white. Very thick, dark stripes, almost black, run along his spine and sides, ending before they touch the light gray. These stripes stretch all the way down his tail, which ends with a white tip. His eyes are a piercing, snake-like gold, which encourages his name. Snakefrost’s canine teeth are a bit too long, which results in their tips protruding from his mouth at all times. He doesn’t mind this, however; it makes him look more intimidating, and is actually a very appealing touch to him, as they don’t hinder him at all.
Snakefrost is actually fairly small for a tom, a little bigger than the average she-cat. He isn’t as well-muscled, but is quick on his feet. His face is thin and sharp, increasing his intimidating demeanor. His ears come to a sharp point, as does his nose. The hairs on the inside of his ears is short and snow-white, which stands out against his dark, smoke-gray fur. The fur on his tail is long and sweeping, just like the fur on the scruff of his neck.
History: Snakekit was a very intelligent and persuasive kit, able to convince anybody that he was nothing more than an innocent ball of fluff. Of course, like any other kit, Snakekit wanted to be the best warrior he could, and the warriors thought he was completely capable of reaching his goal. Just like they’d suspected, Snakepaw showed promise from the first time he was taken out of camp, and quickly mastered whatever his mentor wanted to teach him. It wasn’t long before he became a warrior; Snakefrost was completely worthy of the title, and it was foolish to make him wait. Afterwards, Snakefrost quickly became a highly respected cat, because of his astounding traits; it seemed as if he has no flaws. Knowledgeable, calm, reliable, and true to his opinion, he was treated like a senior warrior. Many a ShadowClan cat has suggested he may be the future deputy, but Snakefrost seems to have no ambition for the position. [ooc: partly because we can’t have more than one high position xD]
Role-Play Example: Snakefrost stretched out his legs, the sun warming his dark fur. Today was unusually quiet for ShadowClan; the fresh-kill pile was full, and there had been no border troubles. Snakefrost himself really didn’t have anything to do at times like this. His latest apprentice had just been promoted to a warrior, and there weren’t any duties to be taken care of. Not that he minded, however. He was naturally lazy, and would be content to laze around for the rest of the day, but that probably wouldn’t happen. Most ShadowClan cats were too restless to laze around for anything longer than a nap.
Letting out a sigh, he rolled over onto his back, enjoying the feeling of the sun’s warmth on his belly fur. ShadowClan cats, although named after darkness, were just as capable of enjoying the sunshine. But they didn’t let the other Clans know that; they were famous for their cold, dark hearts and sense of pride, and they liked it that way. Snakefrost flicked his tail, watching the white tip flash back and forth. Then a voice from above him interrupted his thoughts.
“Do you plan to lay there all day?” Glancing up, Snakefrost saw Bloodstorm towering over him, the large tom’s eyes narrowed. Bloodstorm wasn’t very fond of Snakefrost, given their opposite personalities, but Snakefrost really didn’t mind.
“Mm, I was thinking about it,” Snakefrost said, in a calm, almost amused voice.
Bloodstorm’s eyes narrowed further. “You lazy furball!”
“That wasn’t very nice.”
“It wasn’t supposed to be, you slacker,” Bloodstorm hissed.
Snakefrost pulled his ears back, making an expression of false hurt. “Dawww. But I thought we were friends,” he said in a tone that matched his expression.
Bloodstorm snarled at him before padding away, figuring out he’d get nowhere with this cat. As Snakefrost watched him go, he thought he heard Bloodstorm muttering something about his “mouse-brained Clanmates”. Knowing the tom didn’t mean what he said, Snakefrost let out an amused purr in reply before closing his golden eyes and drifting off into a light doze.
Secret Word: Secret word is meant to be a secret, no? (You know I know that word xD)
