ooc: Yeah, I know this takes place in the camp, but the "ShadowClan Camp" doesn't seem to have any fitting sub-sections for it :/
Snakefrost padded over to the fresh-kill pile, picking out a small, green snake before flopping down in the camp clearing, having just returned from a hunting patrol. It was another one of those days where he had nothing to do. It had been a relaxing break at first, but now the ShadowClan camp was getting restless, longing for action like a hive of agitated bees. Snakefrost, for one, didn't share their thoughts; he was content to be lazy for as long as possible, whether it be a day or a moon. Bloodstorm often teased him about this, saying he should've been a kittypet, but that life of slavery had always spurred the dark gray tom's distaste.
Taking a bite out of the snake, Snakefrost stared after another warrior, Birchpelt, as the tom led his new apprentice, Hawkpaw, through the camp's entrance. It was the warrior's first apprentice, and, to be truthful, Snakefrost doubted how the warrior would do; he had always been unsure of himself, more than any other ShadowClan warrior the forest had ever known, and that was not a good quality in a mentor. Then again, Ravenstar could always give Hawkpaw another mentor. But that would be a huge blow to Birchpelt's confidence, he thought, frowning. If he turns out to be a horrible mentor, Ravenstar's going to get stuck with either an ashamed warrior, or a badly trained one.
Letting out a huff, Snakefrost shook his head, clearing his thoughts. Whether or not he minded the recent slow days, or the new mentors, was really none of his business, and he shouldn't waste his time thinking about them; that was Ravenstar's duty. Having finished his meal, he placed his head on his paws, closing his eyes only to open them a second later. He glanced around the camp, searching for the red fur of Bloodstorm. Though the massive tom was fun to tease, he often ruined Snakefrost's naps with heavy prodding and loud comments of "You lazy oaf!" or "You slacker!" Not seeing the signature pelt of the russet warrior, he closed his eyes again and let himself drift off into a light doze.

Bloodstorm watched from the shade for his tree and waited for Snakefrost to settle himself in for a nap. It was a rather slow day and Bloodstorm was very bored. He quietly padded over to where Snakefrost was napping.
"Sleeping again are we? What good are you to the clan if you only sleep!" Bloodstorm hissed. He batted the dark grey tom's head with his massive russett paw."Hello! It's rude to ignore cats when they are talking to you! If you want to be an ignorant slacker maybe you should go be a prissy kittypet! That's all your good for anyway!" Bloodstorm continued through his teeth and batted Snakefrost's head again.
Bloodstorm glared down at the tom with his golden eyes ablaze like a wildfire. He looked over his shoulder for a second,to make sure no one was watching. What he saw made him grin,no one was looking,he was free to do whatever. So,Bloodstorm crouched down. His black striped tail lashed back and forth and Bloodstorm's dagger-like claws unsheathed. "Fine,if you won't get up I'll make you."He muttered darkly and backed up a few pawsteps. His ears folded back and he rolled his shoulders. He stepped in place a few times while keeping his eyes locked on his 'prey.' Once in position he pounced! He flew across the distance and landed ontop of Snakefrost. Bloodstorm grabbed Snakefrost's tail in his mouth and nipped it,lightly enough not to draw blood but hard enough that Snakefrost could surely feel it.

Snakefrost was dimly aware of something hitting his head and of a voice above him. Thinking someone might want him for a patrol or another duty, Snakefrost roused himself and looked around, still in a bit of a haze. He recognized the signature blood-red pelt of Bloodstorm, but before he could move, the massive tom had pounced atop him, knocking the breath out of the smaller gray tabby warrior.
"Ooof!" was all Snakefrost could manage to say before he felt Bloodstorm's teeth bite into his tail. Upon a natural reaction, the dark gray warrior snatched his tail out of Bloodstorm's mouth, tearing out a few long hairs, before smacking the larger tom in the face with it. Wriggling out from under the russet warrior, Snakefrost sat up and stared at Bloodstorm, planning his reaction.
The tom's tabby fur was now ruffled, but not neccesarily from annoyance (though Snakefrost was indeed annoyed; but he had learned never to let the red-furred oaf see it) more than the rough-housing itself. Flicking his tail, Snakefrost smoothed the hair on his chest, keeping his heavy golden gaze on Bloodstorm all the while.
"Still have a bit of kit in us, do we?" he smirked at the red tom. "Chasing warriors' tails." As if to emphasize the insult in his words, Snakefrost swept his long-furred tail back and forth, purposely trying to aggravate the slightly older warrior.
ooc: Aren't they such mature warriors? xD

ooc- oh of course, lol. sorry i've been gone so long,I'm a little busy on BaltoSource.
Bloodstorm shook his head then spat out the hairs that were in his mouth from when Snakefrost pulled his tail out from between his teeth. He rose to his feet and glared down at Snakefrost. His golden eyes blazed with anger at the insult the small tom threw at him. He had never been more insulted in his life than he had just been.
"I'm not no kit!" He hissed through his clenched teeth.
His own tail lashed from side-to-side behind him as Bloodstorm began to get annoyed. His ebony claws unsheathed again and clawed at the dirt at his feet as his annoyance slowly grew into anger. Soon after, without him even noticing, his tail hairs stood erect making his tail look poofed out. The hairs along his spine followed suit and stood up. Now Bloodstorm looked at least a size or two bigger than he actually was.
The words Snakefrost had spoken replayed over and over in his head making Bloodstorm's anger flare inside him. His blood became molten in his veins and he felt his muscles tense under his fur as his body prepared itself for a fight. His eyes narrowed as they continued to glare at the opposing tom,and soon the fire of anger raging inside him could be seen clearly in his topaz eyes.

"For your information, it's 'I'm not a kit', not 'I'm not no kit'. That's a double negative," Snakefrost said, staring evenly back at Bloodstorm, still unruffled. The dark gray tom had meant to anger the russet warrior, but now Snakefrost could see the violence brimming in Bloodstorm's fierce golden gaze.
Snakefrost narrowed his own snake-gold eyes in response to Bloodstorm's anger. "You'd better watch yourself, Bloodstorm," he sneered. "For what good is a warrior to his Clan if he attacks his own Clanmates? Ravenstar wouldn't approve." Snakefrost continued to watch Bloodstorm, not afraid of the larger tom, but still ready if the blood-red warrior attacked in spite of the obvious risks. He quickly glanced around, wondering where Ravenstar was. He wasn't afraid of Bloostorm (for he was a bumbling oaf in Snakefrost's eyes) but getting in a fight with his reckless Clanmate was an uneeded annoyance, and it wouldn't get them anything but a bad reputation.
But the ShadowClan leader was nowhere in sight. Snakefrost still wasn't worried; there were other warriors around that would hear the scuffle. Flicking his long-furred tail across the ground once more, waiting for Bloodstorm to make his move. "Are you going to attack me like an apprentice with no self-control? Or are you going to sheath your claws like a loyal warrior should?" Snakefrost challenged.

"Smart-alec."Bloodstorm muttered as his ears layed back in annoyance."What do you know anyway?"He continued muttering angrily. He ran his tongue across his sharp teeth as he glared Snakefrost down. His pearl-white teeth now glistened in sunlight, making them look even more menacing.
"Ravenstar would never know if I attacked you. Why,you ask? Because I fight to kill and never lose!" Bloodstorm chuckle darkly. His eyes flashed wickedly as he considered the possibilties. "If you don't live to tattle on me then no one will ever know." Bloodstorm said, grinning like a villian who had the hero of a story finally within his clutches, breathing his last breath.
"You think I'm stupid enough to attack you in full veiw of the clan? What a mouse-brained thought. I'll wait to get you alone,or wait for everyone to be asleep. So if I were you I'd watch my back." Bloodstorm warmed and stalked off to laze under the shade of his favourite tree. There he walked in a tight circle a few times then flopped down. He closed his eyes and rested his head on his paws, preparing for a nap. Slowly he started to calm down, his muscles untensing and his fur laying flat.
